Children and Additional Guests
We kindly ask that you do not bring anyone with you to your appointment. As much as we enjoy community, we strive to create and cultivate a unique experience for our clients, therefore, we want to ensure our space is reserved for clients receiving a service and the overall experience is relaxing, positive, and comfortable. We also want ensure the safety of children and create a consistent client experience, therefore we kindly ask you do not bring children or extra guests along with you to your appointment. Thank you so much for understanding!
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
In the event that you do not notify us 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, there will be a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total charged to your card on file or added to your next appointment. In the event that you do not show up to your scheduled appointment with no form of communication or notification to us, you will be charged 100% of the total service scheduled to your card on file or your next appointment.
Credit Card on File
Vera Salon requires a credit card to be kept on file in support of our policies
Out of respect for other client's and our artists' time, we have a 15-minute late policy. If a client is 15 minutes late or more, they may be asked to shorten their service time or be asked to reschedule their appointment to another time. In the case of a need to reschedule, there may be a charge for 50% of the missed service, which will be charged to the credit card on file.
New Extension Clients
Vera Salon requires a $500 non-refundable retainer for all new extension installation services that will be credited to the clients account at the time of the service.
Refunds and Color Adjustments
We strive to meet all of your expectations and ultimately want our #girlsthatvera to love their hair. However, we understand there are circumstances where adjustments may need to be made. In the event a client is unsatisfied with their service due to an error on our end, we are happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment appointment. Please contact the salon within 72 hours of the service date if there are any issues and we will get your adjustment appointment scheduled within 7 days of your original appointment. Due to extensive time and product use during custom color and extension appointments, we do not offer refunds.
Vera Salon accepts cash and all major credit cards. We do not accept checks.
