New Client Request

At Vera, our goal is to always give you the hair of your dreams and exceed your expectations. To ensure an excellent experience from start to finish, we will need to gather some information from you prior to scheduling your appointment. Essentially, we want to get to know you and your hair a little better! If you are a new client, you must fill out a New Client Request Form in order to book an appointment at Vera Salon.
